Yesterday, I was extremely proud of all the students who took part in the BBC School Report Day. Everyone worked really hard in all four teams and produced lots of high quality news articles along with some great video interviews. The students were responsible for: researching the stories they wanted to write about, taking the still photographs to accompany the articles, script writing, the sound and camera work for the interviews, editing both the recordings and the written articles, and producing this web page - all with the added pressure of a deadline (the end of the school day) they have created everything you see on this site in an impressive six hours!

Some of the students were asked to represent the group, giving an interview to a reporter from BBC radio Cambridgeshire, the BBC school report team had told him we were going to be taking part in the school report day project so he called into school to chat to us about what we had planned for the day.

The interview from George, Ethan, Ashley and Katie was played as part of the radio stations main news several times throughout the day. To find out what they said about school report click on the links below and we feature around one hour and three minutes into the programme and it will be available on 'listen again' for the next seven days http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p04trt0q & http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p04trt09
